Every morning is a fresh start to create a day closer to your dream life. So create time for yourself every morning to put yourself first. It’s okay to change your morning routine based on your day’s schedule, mood, or energy level. Creating a morning routine should be about nurturing yourself and eliminating stress and anxiety in whatever ways you need at that moment. Having a basic routine to start with can help you stay consistent each morning. Think about adding in a few of these steps below into your basic morning routine, and then filling in any other open time slots with other things you enjoy doing.
